Romans 1:18 tells us that there are wicked men that have held the truth hostage. Men who have suppressed the truth via wicked means. Romans 1:20 tells us that the creation is evidence of a creator…. Welcome to the “Grand Delusion”
Do you really believe what the Bible says?
Or do you choose to believe what science shows you?
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” (Hebrews 11:3 KJV)
Through faith? – what is faith?
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1 KJV)
Where does faith come from?
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17 KJV)
But wasn’t Bible was written by men who were only writing what they saw and understood from their ancient worldview – and that was before microscopes, telescopes, television and NASA ?
“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” (2 Peter 1:20–21 KJV)
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” (2 Timothy 3:16 KJV)
So are you saying that science is bad?
“O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. (1 Timothy 6:20–21a KJV)
“Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” (Colossians 2:8 KJV)
“Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;” (1 Corinthians 3:18–21 KJV)
